At mbb8, loyal players deserve more than just game credits. Our VIP Rewards Program is designed to recognise every MYR you invest — with higher rebates, exclusive bonuses, more generous withdrawal limits, and a personal account manager ready to assist you at any time.
Many online platforms offer loyalty programs — but not all loyalty programs are created equal. At mbb8, we built the VIP Rewards Programme around one simple principle: the more you play, the greater the rewards. These aren't empty promises — they're real, tangible benefits you'll feel with every deposit, every win, and every interaction with our team.
VIP System mbb8 operates on XP points (Experience Points) earned every time you place a bet. Whether you play slots, Live Casino, football, or e-sports — every valid wager contributes to your VIP progress. The process is automatic and transparent — you can check your XP progress in your account at any time.
What sets the VIP Rewards Program mbb8 stands out for the sheer breadth of benefits on offer. This isn't just a program where you collect points and redeem low-value rewards — it's a genuine player care system. From consistent weekly rebates and personalised birthday gifts, to higher withdrawal limits and access to a dedicated account manager — all of this is waiting for you at mbb8.
VIP Rewards Program mbb8 has six tiers — from Bronze to Royal. Each tier up brings greater and more exclusive benefits. Here's a full overview of what awaits you at every level:

XP points system mbb8 designed to be fair and straightforward. There's nothing you need to do manually — everything is calculated automatically in the background each time you place a bet. Here's how XP is typically earned across each game category:

You'll receive a notification in your account as well as an email and/or WhatsApp message with full details on the new benefits you're entitled to. The whole process is seamless and hassle-free.
Please note that VIP status at mbb8 is calculated based on activity over a rolling 30-day window — meaning you need to stay active to maintain your tier. This ensures exclusive benefits remain valuable and are reserved for those who are truly loyal to mbb8. If your activity drops, the system will send you an early warning so you can act before your tier is downgraded.
Beyond the consistent weekly rebate, the VIP Rewards Programme mbb8 offers a range of additional rewards that make your gaming experience more meaningful and rewarding:
